Thirty Fourth Summit

05 June 2020

It has been agreed to postpone the Summit level meeting of the British-Irish Council which was due to be hosted by the Scottish Government this month. This decision was taken in light of the unprecedented circumstances created by the current Covid-19 situation which has affected all eight of the Council’s Member Administrations. Officials from across all eight administrations continue to remain active in progressing the work of the Council through remote working and virtual meetings.
