The British-Irish Council Digital Inclusion work sector is preparing to hold its second Ministerial meeting this week, hosted by the Isle of Man Government. The meeting will be held via a virtual platform due to Covid-19 public health requirements across all Member Administrations.
Throughout this year, the British Irish Council has remained actively engaged with officials meeting virtually to progress the work of the Council and share learning and experience through online seminars and presentations. Ministers this week will be considering issues relating to online safety and digital inclusion, the evolution of digital inclusion, and the impact of Covid-19 on the digital world.
Hon Ray Harmer MHK, Minister for Policy and Reform will chair the meeting on behalf of the Isle of Man Government.
