The British-Irish Council (BIC) Early Years Work Sector, held a Ministerial meeting hosted by the UK Government. The meeting was chaired by Julie Morgan MS, Deputy Director for Social Services, Welsh Government.
Ministers approved a Forward Work Plan which involves approaches to workforce, childhood experience, child poverty and child development.
